1. Agreement and operator
By using Ayna, you agree to these terms. The service is operated by Sajad Abdolvandi. Contact sajadabdolvandi@gmail.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding agreement. False age declarations and using another person’s account are prohibited.
3. How Ayna works
Only mutual address-book contacts may tag each other with curated positive, neutral, or playful words. There is no stranger search or free text. A portrait is revealed only in aggregate after three distinct people contribute; individual answers are never shown.
4. Safe use
Harassment, threats, hateful or sexual content, defamation, impersonation, reverse engineering, scraping, bots, limit evasion, privacy violations, and “hot-or-not” objectification are prohibited. Accounts that undermine safety controls may be restricted or terminated.
5. Moderation
The word library is pre-filtered. Users can report content or accounts and block people. We may review reports, remove content, sever matches, or suspend accounts. Contact local authorities as well when there is an immediate safety risk.
6. Account and privacy
Protect verification codes and account access. You can revoke contact access, hide your portrait, or permanently delete your account. See the Privacy Policy.
7. Price
The current App Store v1 is free and offers no in-app purchases or subscriptions. If paid features are introduced, price, duration, renewal, and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase and these terms will be updated.
8. Availability and intellectual property
We work to keep the service safe and available but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Ayna’s name, design, software, and library are owned by or licensed to the operator. You receive a limited personal, non-commercial license.
9. Liability and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by law, Ayna is not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer or data-protection rights.
10. Termination, changes, and law
You may delete your account at any time. Serious violations may lead to suspension or termination. Material changes will be announced before taking effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without limiting mandatory consumer remedies.
